It is the most glorious Friday morning, the murk of yesterday has passed and already the promise of heat is building. My husband has gone off on one of his regular work trips to Aberystwyth. I have to admit on this beautiful summer day I wish I was going with him, there really is nothing that pleases me more deeply than some time at the coast.
Today my youngest will be going to respite after school. They will collect her at the end of the school day and take her off for some fun until tomorrow. Knowing how frequently they head out on trips I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find that she gets to go the beach this afternoon.
My day stretches ahead with the usual list of things to do plus a promised visit joke by my oldest son. All in all it is shaping up to be a pretty decent day.
